Our Grade School Gym Stars program for grades 1–3 introduces young gymnasts to the foundations of the sport in a fun, supportive environment. Kids build confidence while learning basic skills, balance, and coordination through age-appropriate drills and activities. With plenty of encouragement and guidance from our instructors, children discover the joy of movement while gaining strength and flexibility that set the stage for future progress.
